My stay at this hotel was really loud, but the rooms were fine and clean, great, comfortable, and offered the right price. However, I did find that there were not enough regular coffee packs for two people.
My stay at Horse Heaven Inn in Prosser, WA, was fantastic! The rooms were immaculate and well-furnished with an incredibly comfortable bed, and the location right by the freeway and close to restaurants was super convenient. The friendliness and efficiency of the staff really stood out, making my experience so enjoyable. However, the dining experience, although good, could have had more variety, and there were occasional noise disturbances from the nearby parking area for 18-wheeler trucks.
The hotel is in a convenient location among many beautiful wineries, making it a great spot for wine tasting. While the rooms were small, they were cool and met the chain's standards. The staff, although friendly and helpful, were occupied in the kitchen during my checkout.
